On Friday, August 17^th at 8:00PM, the Baltimore Ravens invite the Detroit Lions to the M&T Bank Stadium for a preseason game in Week Two. The Ravens started off the preseason with a game against Atlanta, and although the game did not start well for them, they were able to recover and come back with a win against the Falcons. Joe Flacco was QB and went for nine of twelve passing, but was sacked a couple of times, and the Baltimore Ravens were looking bad. Curtis Painter was able to make three touchdown passes however.

Last week the Lions lost to the Cleveland Browns. The game started out well for them, and they were in the lead, but they ended up losing to them at the end. Matthew Stafford started as quarterback and he had four of seven on passing with one interception, as well as a sack. Shawn Hill went 8 of 12 for a total of 83 yards, and he also had a touchdown. As far as the defense goes, Dean Jones had a grand total of nine tackles when it was all over and Carmen Messina and Doug Hogue had seven tackles each. Everette Brown had a sack-and-a-half.
