On Thursday, August 30^th, the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Carolina Panthers go head to head at Heinz Field with the game starting at 7:30PM Eastern. The Carolina Panther started their preseason with a game against the Houston Texans that ended 26 to 13 in favor of the Texans, played on Saturday, August 11^th. After that, they went on to win the next game. That one was on Friday, August 17^th and the final score was 23 to 17 against Miami. Finally, in week three they had another win against New Yhork ending 17 to 12.

As for the Pittsburgh Steelers they pretty much had the same sort of luck in the preseason, losing their first game against Philly 24 to 23, on Thursday, August 9^th. They went on to win the next game against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, August 19^th. That final score was 26 to 24. After that the Pittsburgh Steelers had another win, this time against the Buffalo Bills that was basically a steamroll over the Bills, play on Saturday, August 25^th and ending 38 to 7. The Steelers were second in the AFC North last year.
